Friends for Life Visits Tanner Park Senior Center for the First Time!
On Monday, September 30th, the Friends for Life Team visited the Town of Babylon’s Tanner Park Senior Center. Their first visit was nothing less than a success!
The day began with an introduction into the world of Homecare and Medicaid. Amy Recco was kind enough to share free information and knowledge of in-home safety and the services she can provide.
After taking some questions, the seniors played an exciting memory game! Each question delve into their personal memories and experiences, with the opportunity to win a prize.
Lastly, each senior left with a big red bag of goodies. Each grab bag held a folder of information, as well as some Friends for Life merchandise.
Thank you to Tanner Park for inviting us into your lovely senior center, and thank you to our wonderful staff who helped put together such a great afternoon.
