At Friends for Life, we value and recognize the exceptional dedication of our caregivers. We believe in celebrating those who go above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care to our clients.
Each month, we send out a survey to our clients to gather feedback on their experiences. Based on these responses, we identify the caregiver who exemplifies the “Friends for Life Way of Caring” through their compassion, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
This outstanding caregiver is honored with a thoughtful reward package, including a bonus, flowers, and a personalized certificate. Our care coordinators also visit them for a small celebration to express our gratitude and acknowledge their exceptional work.
